Product Description
The solution is based on the following components:
⇒ Dispatchers Portal – the integrated web based application for operations staff to distribute the bill of ladings for specific delivery routes. Each delivery route has a secure specific login. After the deliveries are completed, the operations staff will retrieve the receiver’s acceptances for the specific delivery routes.
⇒ Drivers Portal – the web-based application that is optimized for mobile browsers. Upon login, the driver can display the bill of lading for acceptance by the receiver. The receiver can record specific comments then review the completed time- stamped POD acceptance.
⇒ Segmented Secure Server – the secure server storage space designated for a specific driver or delivery route. All transactions are stored and accessed from the segmented secure server.
⇒ POD Acceptances – time-stamped comments and acceptances by the receiver of the goods and services.
⇒ Bill of Ladings – PDF copies of the shipment waybills
