How to operate the Proof of Delivery App for Mobile Browsers from CVL Wireless!!

    Driver’s Proof of Delivery Mobile Browser App

First make sure this link is in your Mobile Browser, better to make it a bookmark as you will be using it often. You may have already downloaded it from the main page. Then by clicking on the bookmark you will be connect to the Drivers Sign-in Page. which you will see below.

Then you need to sign-in, use the Driver’s Code and Access provided to you when you paid for the server subscription service.

if you have entered the Code and Access correctly, you will be brought to the Drivers Proof of Delivery Portal page.

There are 4 (four) choices available:
1) Waybill Finder ==> Where you can search and show your client the full view of the waybill, in case there is a delivery verification issue. Please note that not all Mobile Browsers have an integrator pdf viewer (the iPhone has an integrated viewer). Please check with the manufacturer of your mobile device for their support.

2) Proof of Delivery (POD) Acceptance ==> This is where your client can enter their acceptance of your delivery, by entering their particular identifier and comments. Please ensure that the directory section has been auto-filled with the name of the drivers folder, if not press reset and start at the sign-in page.

The app will display a summary of what has been entered.

3) RESET ==> This brings you back to the main sign-in page.

4) Contact ==> This sends an email to customer service if you have a problem

    Dispatcher’s Proof of Delivery PC/MAC Web App

For the Dispatcher, the person who loads the waybills for the drivers to deliver we have a web app that works from the PC/Apple web browser. You can get the link to the Dispatchers app by clicking here. Be sure to make it a bookmark as you will be using it often. You may have already downloaded it from the main page. Then by clicking on the bookmark you will be connect to the Dispatcher’s Sign-in Page. which you will see below.

Then you need to sign-in, use the Driver’s Code and Access provided to you when you paid for the server subscription service. If you have multiple drivers, make sure you enter the particular Driver’s Code and Access for that particular driver. Once you are signed in, your will be connected to the Dispatcher’s Navigation page.

There are 4 (four) choices available:
1) RESET ==> This brings you back to the main sign-in page.

2) Waybill Finder ==> Where you can search, view and download the POD Acceptances that were placed in the Driver’s file. You can also verify the correct uploading of the Waybills.

3) Contact ==> This sends an email to customer service if you have a problem.

4) The waybill upload section where you can upload pdf files. Please verify that the proper driver directory is displayed in the Directory Display box. If it isnt correct or there isnt one please press RESET and start over with the sign-in page.

Choose the waybill you want to place in the Driver’s folder by pressing the “Choose File” button. This will open the normal file selector on your PC/MAC where you can choose your waybill to upload.

Once your file is chosen, press the Upload File button to send the selected waybill to the Driver’s folder. When the waybill is loaded correctly a notification is displayed.

It will display the file name and Driver’s Folder. Then use the “click here when finished” link to return you to the sign-in page.
